The way you are now is a safety zone, and any change or discomfort feels dangerous to your brain.
But things become even worse if you are afraid to fail or afraid altogether.
This drains your resources and energy.
Try this: Consciously create a scenario of how you fail. In other words, develop a plan of failure.
When you give your mind a scenario, it considers it an option, and it stops feeling fear.
You cannot fail consciously, right? Not possible.
Anything you do consciously doesn’t feel scary or fearful at all.
Moreover, when you are ready to fail, your brain remembers everything you need to know to succeed.
Use this method to overcome a fear of public speaking or exams, and try it on any other fear, too.
