If you want consistent peace of mind, master and practice this one technique.
With the meditation becoming mainstream I will not have to convince you.
I see how things are often overcomplicated everywhere.
One simple technique applied consistently creates miracles.
And this is a practice of silence or empty mind technique.
Here it is.
You create and expand the space in your mind where thoughts cannot enter and maintain focus on it for as long as possible.
Why do it?
If every thought that enters the mind is believed and allowed to enter, then very soon, the illusion is taken for reality.
If the mind is polluted with lower-mind thoughts and vibrates with worry, fear, and overthinking, then confidence, peace of mind, or success cannot be built.
The mind energy is simply wasted and you may feel tired, frustrated and depressed.
The space created in the mind with this technique will help keep your mind calm and expand the mind's capacity to work efficiently.
The energy saved from unnecessary mind activity will add to the body’s health and emotional health.
