Hi Reader

As I was writing a piece of content my client called about her overwhelm.

We often find ourselves dwelling on our current problems, and we react and complain.

I suggested a few tips, and it looked like this: Instead of dwelling on a stressful moment, learn to create outcomes.

Think, “What can I do to work things out?

”With time, you’ll train your mind to think and act this way.

To prevent overwhelm:

Retrain your mind.

Write a list of things you don’t want.

Now you understand what you want.

Keep thinking about what you want, and you will begin to feel good.

Sometimes things go out of control and you react.

If you do then you get more of the same.

Instead of reactions – "again…”, "I am tired of this," “When is this going to stop?”… Zoom out and be an observer.

Think:

- What is going on here?

- What can I do with this information?

- What does this mean to me?

- Is this okay with me?

- Can I just say I need more clarity here?

- What am I hearing here?

- What do I do with this?

This way, you will keep your mind active.

You will avoid overwhelm.

Take this list out and begin asking these questions

You will have a lot of fun

As long as you know about what happened, please admit it.

Tap yourself on the shoulder and say to yourself, “You are doing good, you are wonderful, you did just great”,

"You can fix everything"

"Sometimes things go out of control, and this time it was just that."

"You are brilliant and managed it the best way possible here."

You can add by saying to yourself

“I love you”

And I love you too.

Have a great day.
